Q. Do you ship to my state?
A. We ship everywhere it is legal to do so, including New Jersey, Illinois, New York and California - we comply with all applicable state laws. Some states may require you to first present an ID, or ship to an FFL. If that is the case for your location, then a representative will reach out for the additional information, prior to shipping. We cannot ship ammunition or firearms to Alaska or Hawaii.
Q. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A. Orders typically leave our warehouse the same business day if your order is submitted before 2PM. UPS/FedEx Ground take approximately 1-5 business days to deliver. Orders will usually arrive at your door step within 2-7 business days after your order is placed. Please note: our same day guarantee only applies to orders that are ready to ship with all required order information before 2PM. FFLs/State ID requirements may delay processing if not submitted promptly.
Q. How do I track the status of my order?
A. You can track your order through the order status page or by contacting customer support.
Q. What is your returns policy?
A. We accept returns for up to 30 days. Restrictions on certain items may apply. Please see our shipping and returns policy for more information.
Q. Can I change or cancel an order after it is placed?
A. Your ability to cancel or change an order varies. In order to maintain our ability to ship quickly, it is not always possible to change an order after it has been placed. Please contact customer service ASAP if you need to change your order.
