Orders and Shipping
We ship everywhere it is legal to do so, including New Jersey, Illinois, New York and California. We comply with all laws. Some states may require you to first present an ID or ship to an FFL. If that is the case for your location, then a representative will reach out for the additional information, prior to shipping.
Orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. UPS/FedEx Ground take approximately 1-5 business days to deliver. Orders will typically arrive at your door step within 2-7 business days after your order is placed.

All account information, including your shipping address, can be changed from the My Account page.
You can track your order through the order status page or by contacting customer support.
We do not keep any credit card information on file.
Yes, by law we are required to charge sales tax in certain states. It will be calculated automatically at checkout.
We currently only ship to the U.S.
Most orders will ship in one package. You will usually be notified at checkout if your order will arrive in multiple packages. Large ammunition orders may arrive in multiple packages.

We accept returns for up to 30 days. Please see our shipping and returns policy for more information.
Return instructions, including the address will be provided to you via email after submitting your RMA request.
Please notify us as soon as possible. We may be able to correct the address if it hasn’t left our warehouse yet.
Your ability to cancel or change an order varies. In order to maintain our ability to ship quickly, it is not always possible to change an order after it has been placed. Please contact customer service if you need to change your order.
If an item is available for backorder, it will be stated on the product page.
